When our clients purchase our products and or services, we may collect financial information (e.g. your credit card number) to perform the financial transaction. Client financial information which is collected (e.g. using order forms, client request subProductss, etc) will only be used to charge the client for products and or services purchased, and will be held in accordance to our strict internal security policies.

NR4 has commercially reasonable security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. NR4 also uses our best efforts to maintain our internal security policies. However, as you have agreed in our Terms of Use, they are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty of any kind including warranties of reliability, merchantability, or fitness of a particular purpose. We offer no guarantee, warranty, or representation of uninterrupted or error free services; we further do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any of our services. In no event shall NR4 be held liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, business interruption, loss of information, damages for lost profits) arising out of the use of or inability to use our services, even if NR4 has been advised of such damages.

Due to the anti-piracy nature of NR4's business, our Internet servers (including but not limited to web and email) collect all information available, including but not limited to TCP/IP addresses, web browser, operating system, date and time of access, website addresses that linked you, all submitted form data, and any other information available. Our servers use cookies and other proprietary means to improve our customer experiences, as well as to help us track certain activity which may assist in the discovery of the source of our client's intellectual property distribution.

Our sites also collect demographic and profile data, which may be used to determine the development cycle of our new services. This information may be shared with advertisers and other parties, but only on a summarized or non-identifying basis.

Our policy is to not sell the information provided by you, or otherwise obtained by our sites, servers, or software (unless required by law), to unauthorized third parties, other than that distribution which is necessary to perform our anti-fraud, private marketing, and or anti-piracy services. For example, distribution of the information may be provided to hosting providers, attorneys, lawyers, our anti-piracy clients, outsourced mailing or marketing services, and others on an "as needed" basis, in order to provide our anti-piracy and marketing services to our clients (e.g. serving Digital Millennium Copyright Act "DMCA" notices to Internet Service Providers "ISP's"). In addition, we may use the information to measure our site traffic, statistics such as number of visitors, diagnose network problems and errors, or generally to improve our services.

NOTICE: NR4 also provides web/affiliate marketing and software distribution for a number of companies, online services, organizations, and private persons. This means our sites may contain links to other third party and or "external" sites not owned or controlled by us. NR4 is not responsible for, and our privacy policy does not apply to, any third party site or their contents. To try and bring you offers that are of interest to you, we have relationships with other companies that we allow to place ads on our web pages. As a result of your visit to our site, ad server companies may collect information such as your domain type, your IP address and clickstream information. For further information, consult the privacy policies of those external third party companies; such as: www.freeviral.com & www.ourtoolbar.com.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers may also receive telephone contact from us or from other reputable companies with information regarding new products and services or upcoming events. If you wish to opt-out of future marketing contact, please provide us in writing with your name, email, and phone number. We will be sure your name is removed from the lists we share with other organizations.

For the purposes of performing our anti-fraud, marketing, and anti-piracy services, for each visitor to our web page, our web server automatically recognizes as much information as possible. We collect user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our web page, make special offers, perform our anti-fraud marketing and anti-piracy services, and maintain business contact with our clients.
