Our clients may cancel or opt-out of future marketing mailings (see below). When our clients purchase our products and or services, we may collect financial information (e.g. your credit card number) to perform the financial transaction. Client financial information which is collected (e.g. using order forms, client request subProductss, etc) will only be used to charge the client for products and or services purchased, and will be held in accordance to our strict internal security policies.
Our sites also collect demographic and profile data, which may be used to determine the development cycle of our new services. This information may be shared with advertisers and other parties, but only on a summarized or non-identifying basis.
Our policy is to not sell the information provided by you, or otherwise obtained by our sites, servers, or software (unless required by law), to unauthorized third parties, other than that distribution which is necessary to perform our anti-fraud, private marketing, and or anti-piracy services. For example, distribution of the information may be provided to hosting providers, attorneys, lawyers, our anti-piracy clients, outsourced mailing or marketing services, and others on an "as needed" basis, in order to provide our anti-piracy and marketing services to our clients (e.g. serving Digital Millennium Copyright Act "DMCA" notices to Internet Service Providers "ISP's"). In addition, we may use the information to measure our site traffic, statistics such as number of visitors, diagnose network problems and errors, or generally to improve our services.
From time to time, we may use the e-mail addresses of those who access our site to provide information about products or services we think you might find interesting. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers may also receive telephone contact from us or from other reputable companies with information regarding new products and services or upcoming events. If you wish to opt-out of future marketing contact, please provide us in writing with your name, email, and phone number. We will be sure your name is removed from the lists we share with other organizations.
For the purposes of performing our anti-fraud, marketing, and anti-piracy services, for each visitor to our web page, our web server automatically recognizes as much information as possible.
